Leslie Hoeckele-Esselman

Hello, I have been employed at the bakery since my teenage years, when our original location was on the town square. After completing high school, I furthered my education by attending culinary school, where I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Orlando, Florida. Upon returning home, I began working at the bakery at our new location. Shortly thereafter, I married my husband Kyle Esselman, who chose to establish his career at Hoeckele's as one of the lead bakers. We are blessed with two remarkable children, Hunter who is also employed at the bakery and Halle who will begin working at the bakery in the spring. Our family's hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping. We also love cooking together as a family. Kyle and I also enjoy watching our children play basketball.
